The models are not employees, representatives, or contractors of Lana Moreau but act entirely in their own name and on their own account. All agreements, arrangements, or activities beyond the initial facilitation are made solely between the client and the model. Lana Moreau does not enter into these agreements and assumes no liability or responsibility for them.

Independent Status of Models
The models listed on our platforms are entirely independent and bear full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and conduct. Lana Moreau does not control or supervise the models in any capacity. Each model is fully responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, and policies of the jurisdictions in which they operate.

Exclusion of Liability
Lana Moreau is not liable for the actions, behavior, or decisions of the models. This includes, but is not limited to, any violations of applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines by the models in any jurisdiction. The agency is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising between clients and models.

Lana Moreau does not mediate or endorse any services that contravene local or international laws or ethical standards. The agency does not promote or facilitate any activities deemed unlawful or inappropriate. Clients acknowledge that any compensation provided is exclusively for the model’s time and companionship, as outlined in the booking agreement.

Content and Profiles
The information and photos displayed on model profiles are provided directly by the models. Lana Moreau strives to verify all images and details to ensure authenticity and accuracy. However, the agency cannot guarantee that all content is fully up-to-date or entirely accurate.

If any content, including photos, is found to infringe upon third-party rights, copyright, or misrepresent the individual, Lana Moreau will promptly remove the materials upon verification. The agency assumes no liability for inaccuracies or discrepancies in the profiles.

Payments and Authorization
While agreements between clients and models are independent, Lana Moreau is authorized to accept payments on behalf of models through a limited power of attorney for receipt of funds. Payments made via the agency are securely managed and allocated to the client’s booking agreement.

The agency is not responsible for additional financial transactions or agreements made directly between the client and the model beyond the scope of the booking.

Jurisdiction and Compliance
Lana Moreau is committed to operating in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The agency cannot be held responsible for any breaches of law or policy by clients or models. Each party is responsible for ensuring their actions comply with relevant legal requirements.

Final Provisions
This Disclaimer is integral to the Terms & Conditions governing the use of all Lana Moreau services and platforms. Should any provision of this Disclaimer be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective and enforceable under applicable law.
