The scope of these Terms & Conditions extends to all services, memberships, and exclusive arrangements offered through eliteluxurycompanions.com. The website operates under the Elite Luxury Companions brand, founded by Lana Moreau, and is dedicated to facilitating high-class introductions between independent ladies and distinguished gentlemen. These Terms & Conditions apply universally to all interactions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients.

Client Definition

“Client” refers to any individual engaging with the exclusive services provided by Elite Luxury Companions and Lana Moreau through eliteluxurycompanions.com, including but not limited to bookings, memberships, and long-term arrangements.

1. General Information

Elite Luxury Companions acts as an intermediary to facilitate introductions between clients and independent models. All models operate independently and offer their time and company as part of mutually agreed arrangements.

Independence of Companions

All companions introduced through Elite Luxury Companions act in their own name and on their own account. They are entirely independent in their actions and decisions, and the agency does not employ or supervise them. Models are fully responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in their respective countries of service.

Service Disclaimer & Legal Notice

Elite Luxury Companions is an exclusive High Class platform dedicated to facilitating introductions between independent, self-employed ladies and distinguished gentlemen. We operate in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and do not offer, facilitate, or participate in any form of prostitution or unlawful activities. Clients provide payment to the ladies solely for the time spent together and their companionship. Any interactions beyond the arranged meeting remain entirely at their own discretion. Neither Elite Luxury Companions, its founder Lana Moreau, nor any members of its team or individuals associated with the agency or website assume any responsibility or liability for the actions or conduct of the ladies, or for any agreements of any kind made between clients and companions.

Furthermore, all ladies listed on our platform are of legal age. Every lady is at least 18 years old, and in jurisdictions where companionship services require a higher minimum age, all ladies meet or exceed the legal requirements (e.g., 21+ where applicable).

The responsibility for all profile content, including photos, rests solely with the Ladies.

We are committed to ensuring that all submitted photos accurately represent the individual portrayed. However, while we take measures to verify authenticity, we cannot guarantee that every image is entirely up-to-date or free from discrepancies. Should we become aware of any photos that infringe third-party rights, violate copyright laws, or misrepresent the Lady, we will take immediate action to remove the materials from our website.

Elite Luxury Companions assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information displayed on the profiles, nor for any photos provided by the Ladies.

3. Exclusive VIP Membership

The VIP membership is valid for a fixed term based on the selected package, starting from the date the payment is received. Membership benefits will be activated only after the payment has been processed.

Following successful payment, the client gains access to the exclusive VIP area, which includes uncensored photos and videos of the models. The download, sharing, distribution, or publication of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate legal action, including civil and criminal proceedings, initiated by the agency and the affected models. Protecting the privacy and rights of the models is of utmost importance.

The VIP membership is a one-time, non-refundable purchase and is not a subscription. It does not require cancellation, as it remains active for the selected term from the date of payment and automatically expires at the end of the membership period. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content, change of personal circumstances, or early termination of the membership by the client.

Clients may extend their VIP membership at any time before expiration by submitting a new payment. The renewal will only take effect once the payment has been received and processed.

For VIP memberships that include a “Deposit,” the specified amount is applied as a credit toward the booking fees of the selected ladies, in accordance with the terms of the chosen membership package. Depending on the package, the deposit may be allocated toward one, two, or multiple bookings as outlined in the membership details.

If the deposit is not used within the membership period through an actual booking, it will expire at the end of the term. The deposit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred, rolled over, or redeemed for any other purpose.

4. Membership Benefits & Access to Exclusive Privileges

General VIP Membership Benefits

All VIP members enjoy exclusive access to uncensored photos, videos, hidden profiles, and intimate details that are not available to the public. To protect the privacy and discretion of our ladies, downloading, sharing, or taking screenshots of any photos, videos, or private content is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may lead to legal action.

VIP Gold Membership – Exclusive Benefits & Deposit Policy

VIP Gold Members receive exclusive privileges, offering unparalleled access, discretion, and priority in their experience. This membership is designed for those seeking an elevated level of exclusivity while enjoying priority access to hidden content and elite companions.

A one-time deposit is required to activate VIP Gold Membership. The membership remains valid for three (3) months from the date of payment and does not renew automatically. If the client does not extend the membership before expiration, access to VIP Gold benefits will be deactivated.

One-Time Deposit:

128 GBP / 150 EUR / 165 USD / 145 CHF / 600 AED

The deposit will be fully credited toward the first booking, which must be confirmed within the three-month membership period. The actual date of the encounter may be scheduled at the client’s convenience, but the booking itself must be arranged within this timeframe.

If no booking is made within the three-month period, the deposit will expire and is non-refundable. The deposit is not transferable to another person or extendable beyond the specified validity period.

VIP Diamond Membership – Exclusive Benefits & Deposit Policy

VIP Diamond Members receive all the privileges of VIP Gold Membership, including uncensored content, access to hidden profiles, and exclusive booking advantages.

VIP Diamond Members gain access to selected ladies who prefer ongoing, pre-arranged companionship instead of short-term encounters. These long-term arrangements offer a structured, exclusive companionship experience with a high level of discretion and exclusivity.

Unlike conventional escort services, these arrangements provide clients with the opportunity to establish an exclusive companionship experience based on mutual agreements between consenting adults. The nature, frequency, and structure of these long-term arrangements are discussed and agreed upon directly between the client and the lady, with Elite Luxury Companions acting strictly as an introduction platform.

However, Elite Luxury Companions is not a chat platform and does not facilitate casual conversations beyond its exclusive High-Class Escort Services. This feature is strictly reserved for serious inquiries and is designed to enhance the booking experience for our esteemed clientel.

A one-time deposit is required to activate VIP Diamond Membership. The membership remains valid for twelve (12) months from the date of payment and does not renew automatically. If the client does not extend the membership before expiration, access to VIP Diamond benefits will be deactivated.

One-Time Deposit:

342 GBP / 450 EUR / 504 USD / 444 CHF / 1800 AED

The deposit is applied proportionally across the first three bookings, with each booking crediting 114 GBP / 150 EUR / 168 USD / 148 CHF / 600 AED toward the agreed booking amount. The actual dates of the encounters may be scheduled at the client’s convenience, but at least one booking must be confirmed within the twelve-month membership period.

If the client books a Long-Term Arrangement, the full deposit amount will be applied in a single allocation toward the arrangement instead of being split across multiple bookings.

If the client does not make at least one booking within 12 months, the entire deposit will expire. If only one or two bookings are completed, the remaining deposit amount will be forfeited at the end of the membership period.

VIP Platinum Member Benefits

VIP Platinum Members receive a 30% reduction on booking rates for Elite Circle and Diamond Selection ladies. This benefit applies exclusively to these categories and does not extend to Privileged Few Ladies or Long-Term Arrangements.

Additionally, VIP Platinum Members benefit from:
✔ No deposit requirement – Bookings can be confirmed without an upfront payment.
✔ Seamless access – Clients enjoy priority access to high-class models, eliminating delays or financial transactions before each encounter.

VIP Royal Member Benefits

VIP Royal Members enjoy a 30% privilege on all bookings, including Sophisticated Selection, Elite Circle, Diamond Selection, and Privileged Few Ladies. This exclusive benefit ensures the highest level of access and preferential rates across all premium categories.

No membership level offers discounts for Long-Term Arrangements. These bookings are made at the full rate, as they require a higher degree of exclusivity and commitment from both parties.

5. Long-Term Arrangements

Deposit Requirement & Future Booking Credit

A deposit of 30% of the allowance stated in the respective lady’s profile is required to secure each booking.

Clients may request a reassignment of their deposit to another lady within 7 days of making the initial deposit if they feel that the chemistry with the originally selected lady does not meet their expectations. In such cases, the deposit will be credited toward a new booking. However, if the allowance of the newly selected lady is lower, only the required 30% deposit of the new arrangement will be applied. Any remaining balance from the original deposit is not automatically transferable but will be retained as a credit for future bookings.

If the client has already provided any financial support, gifts, or compensation directly to the originally selected lady, these payments remain strictly non-refundable. The client acknowledges that such payments were made voluntarily and waives any claim for reimbursement, either from the lady or from Elite Luxury Companions. This does not affect the right to have the originally paid 30% deposit credited toward a new booking under the conditions outlined above.

Client’s Responsibility for the Remaining 70% Allowance

At the first meeting, the client is required to provide the lady with at least 25% of the allowance stated in her profile in cash. The remaining amount of the first month’s allowance (45%) is to be arranged directly between the client and the lady according to their mutual agreement. This may include:

✔ Cash payments throughout the month
✔ Covering living expenses such as rent, studies, career support, travel, or other financial commitments

If the arrangement extends beyond the first month, all further financial agreements—including the amount, timing, and method of payment—are to be determined exclusively between the client and the lady.

Elite Luxury Companions is not a party to these financial agreements and assumes no liability for any obligations arising from them. The agency is not responsible for any payments made by the client to the lady, nor for any actions, conduct, or circumstances during or after the arrangement. Any claims or liabilities against the agency are strictly excluded.

Usage and Validity of Remaining Balance

Any remaining deposit balance may be used for future bookings within 24 months, but it can only be applied toward the required 30% deposit of subsequent bookings. Cash refunds or transfers to third parties are strictly excluded. If the deposit credit is not used within the 24-month period, it will automatically expire without replacement.

These long-term arrangements are exclusively based on the time and companionship provided by the ladies. Elite Luxury Companions strictly facilitates introductions between independent ladies and distinguished gentlemen and does not engage in, promote, or facilitate any form of illegal activity or services beyond the agreed companionship. The agency does not offer, arrange, or mediate any form of escort services involving intimacy, nor does it engage in or promote prostitution in any jurisdiction. Any arrangements beyond the scheduled time remain at the sole discretion of the individuals involved.

Elite Luxury Companions remains entirely uninvolved in any agreements, financial transactions, or personal arrangements made between the client and the lady beyond the introduction. The agency assumes no liability for any interactions, expectations, or outcomes beyond the scheduled companionship.

6. Bookings & Payments

Booking Process

To ensure a seamless and discreet booking process, a deposit ranging between 30% and 40% of the lady’s rate is required for all reservations. The exact deposit amount depends on the selected lady and the region of the booking. This advance payment serves as a confirmation of the appointment, allowing us to finalize all arrangements with the highest level of efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.

VIP Members who have already made a deposit as part of their membership will have their deposit amount credited toward the required booking deposit in accordance with their membership tier:

VIP Gold Members (see Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions) will have their full deposit of 128 GBP / 150 EUR / 165 USD / 145 CHF / 600 AED applied to the first booking. Only the remaining balance required to meet the 30-40% deposit of the selected lady’s rate will be due for payment.

VIP Diamond Members will have their deposit amount allocated across the first three bookings, with 128 GBP / 150 EUR / 165 USD / 145 CHF / 600 AED credited toward each booking. Only the remaining balance required to meet the 30-40% deposit of the selected lady’s rate will be due for payment.

This ensures that VIP members receive the maximum benefit from their membership deposits, while maintaining a seamless and efficient booking process.

Payment Terms & Authorization

As part of our seamless and secure booking process, Elite Luxury Companions is authorized to receive payments on behalf of the ladies through a limited power of attorney for the receipt of funds. Clients may choose to settle the full amount or provide a deposit via bank transfer or cryptocurrency. The received funds, after deducting our introduction fee, are promptly transferred to the respective lady in accordance with the cooperation agreements between the ladies and Elite Luxury Companions. This transfer takes place only after the successful completion of the arranged date.

For security and fraud prevention reasons, credit card payments are strictly not accepted from new clients. First-time clients may only pay via bank transfer, cryptocurrency transfer, or Western Union. Returning clients with an established history may be granted the option of additional payment methods at our discretion.

For deposit payments, the remaining balance must be handed over in cash to the lady at the beginning of the meeting, without requiring any additional request from her side. We strictly accept payments in the following currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, and for Dubai bookings only, AED. If you wish to settle the remaining balance in a different currency, please contact us in advance to confirm the possibility of an alternative arrangement.

These measures ensure efficiency, discretion, and the highest level of professionalism in handling all financial transactions, providing both clients and ladies with a secure and hassle-free experience.

Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Clients may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date via email, messenger, or phone. Any deposit paid will be retained as credit for future bookings and remains valid for 12 months from the cancellation date. After this period, the deposit will expire.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will neither be refunded nor credited toward future bookings.

If a client fails to attend the booking without prior notice, the full agreed amount for the booking will be charged, and any previously paid deposit will not be refunded.

Lady-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare instances, a lady may be unable to attend a confirmed booking due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances such as illness, an accident, or serious personal emergencies. In such cases, Elite Luxury Companions will promptly suggest alternative options for the client’s consideration.

Should the client choose not to proceed with an alternative, the deposit will be fully credited toward a future booking, valid for 24 months from the original booking date. If no booking is made within this timeframe, the deposit will expire.

Cancellations Due to Client Behavior:
A lady has the right to terminate the booking immediately if the client engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, aggression, or any conduct that makes the lady feel uncomfortable or unsafe. In such cases, any deposit paid by the client will not be credited toward future bookings, and the lady is entitled to retain any fees already received in cash. The client is not entitled to a refund or reimbursement of any kind, including the booking fee or travel expenses.

7. Legal Terms

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by internationally recognized principles of commercial law and shall be interpreted in accordance with globally accepted business practices.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through direct negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or a comparable institution. The location and language of the arbitration shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.

This structured approach ensures fairness, consistency, and discretion, irrespective of the client’s or the agency’s location, while maintaining the enforceability of these Terms & Conditions under applicable laws.

8. Final Provisions:

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In such cases, the relevant statutory regulations shall apply in place of the invalid provision.

By engaging with Elite Luxury Companions and utilizing our exclusive services, whether through our website or direct communication, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
