Scope of these Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all usage, communication, access, and engagement through the website eliteluxurycompanions.com (hereinafter referred to as “Elite Luxury Companions” or “platform”), founded by Lana Moreau. The platform is dedicated to facilitating introductions between independent companions and verified clients in a high-discretion, luxury environment.

These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions, whether related to website access, profile viewing, inquiries, booking coordination, memberships, or long-term companionship arrangements, and are binding upon every individual engaging with the platform.

Elite Luxury Companions does not offer, promote, facilitate, or engage in any form of prostitution or unlawful sexual services. All coordination is strictly limited to non-contractual, time-based social companionship between consenting adults. Any interpretation suggesting otherwise is expressly disclaimed and rejected.

Client Definition

The term “Client” refers to any individual who accesses, contacts, or otherwise engages with Elite Luxury Companions or the companions presented on the platform—either through the website or via direct communication—for the purpose of exploring or participating in non-contractual, time-based companionship arrangements.

These interactions are strictly limited to personal company and social interaction between consenting adults. All payments and coordination are solely related to the companion’s time and presence. Elite Luxury Companions does not promote, offer, facilitate, or engage in any form of prostitution or unlawful sexual services. Any such implication is expressly disclaimed and rejected.

1. General Information

Elite Luxury Companions acts as an intermediary to facilitate introductions between clients and independent models. All models operate independently and offer their time and company as part of mutually agreed arrangements.

Independence of Companions

All companions introduced through Elite Luxury Companions act in their own name and on their own account. They are entirely independent in their actions and decisions, and the agency does not employ or supervise them. Models are fully responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in their respective countries of service.

2. Service Disclaimer & Legal Notice

Elite Luxury Companions is an exclusive High Class platform dedicated to facilitating introductions between independent, self-employed ladies and distinguished gentlemen. We operate in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and do not offer, facilitate, or participate in any form of prostitution or unlawful activities.

Clients provide payment to the ladies strictly and exclusively for the time spent together and the companionship offered. This payment is not for sexual services and must not be seen, assumed, or interpreted as compensation for any form of sexual activity. All arrangements are for time and companionship only. Any other activity that may occur is not contracted, negotiated, or compensated through the agency. Elite Luxury Companions does not promote or facilitate prostitution in any form. Any interaction beyond the arranged meeting is solely a matter of mutual consent between adults and remains entirely at their own discretion. Neither Elite Luxury Companions, its founder Lana Moreau, nor any member of its team or anyone affiliated with the agency or website assumes responsibility or liability for the conduct of the ladies or for any private agreements made between clients and companions.

Furthermore, all ladies listed on our platform are of legal age. Every lady is at least 18 years old, and in jurisdictions where companionship services require a higher minimum age, all ladies meet or exceed the legal requirements (e.g., 21+ where applicable).

Any content provided in the exclusive VIP members’ section, including but not limited to the categories “Secrets” or “Intimate Preferences”, does not constitute an offer of services. 3. Real Photos & Authenticated Profiles

At Elite Luxury Companions, we are committed to featuring only high-quality profiles with real and visually verified photos. Before a companion is published on our platform, all images are thoroughly reviewed to ensure they align with public verification markers and presentation standards commonly accepted within the industry.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that each profile visually reflects the individual portrayed at the time of listing. However, clients understand and accept that, in rare and exceptional cases, discrepancies may occur—for example, when a companion independently uses modified visuals or arranges for a different individual to attend a scheduled meeting without our prior knowledge. Such occurrences are beyond our direct control.

In the event of such a situation, and where appropriate, we will, where possible, suggest alternative companions depending on availability. If the client declines the proposed alternative(s), the already paid deposit will not be refunded but instead remain valid as a credit toward future meetings.

This credit remains valid for a period of 24 months from the original meeting date and may be fully applied to future meetings of equal or higher value. For meetings of lesser value, the deposit will be partially applied, up to 30% of the new companion’s rate, until the original deposit amount has been fully utilized. No refunds or external reimbursements are available under any circumstances.

For the purposes of this section, the term “client” also includes any user, visitor, or individual engaging with our platform, website, digital services, companions, or representatives—whether or not a meeting has been scheduled.

By using the Elite Luxury Companions platform (eliteluxurycompanions.com) or by engaging in any form of communication with us—including but not limited to text messages (SMS), iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, email, or phone—the client expressly agrees to and acknowledges these terms, and explicitly waives any right to pursue civil and/or criminal claims, complaints, reports, or legal actions related to impersonation, misrepresentation, deception, or fraud. This waiver applies universally across all jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and all EU member states.

4. Member Lounge – Legal & Transparent Access Terms

The Member Lounge is a private, non-public section of our platform, available exclusively to adults who demonstrate a genuine interest in arranging a potential future meeting with one of the independent companions presented on Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com).

Access to the Member Lounge is not granted automatically. All clients and users must first complete the Register Form on our website to request access. By submitting this form, users confirm that they are at least 21 years of age, legally considered adults in their jurisdiction, and permitted to view private, age-restricted content intended solely for mature audiences.

After registration, users may voluntarily submit a deposit to activate access. Access will only be granted after the deposit has been successfully received and confirmed. The deposit amount may vary depending on the user’s region and—if already known—which companion they are interested in meeting. Exact deposit details are provided individually during the request process.

If the user has not yet decided which companion they would like to meet, they may submit an initial deposit even if they haven’t selected a companion yet. This deposit can later be applied toward future meetings.
For each meeting, up to 30% of the selected companion’s fee may be credited from the deposit. If the deposit amount does not exceed 30% of the meeting rate, it may be fully credited in one instance.

Clients who have previously submitted a deposit—regardless of whether a meeting occurred—retain the right to request access to the Member Lounge. However, they must still complete the Register Form to confirm current eligibility and activate access.

Once granted, access to the Member Lounge is valid indefinitely, for as long as Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com) continues to offer this feature.

5. Legal Disclaimer & Content Policy

All content on the platform Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com), including the Member Lounge section, is provided strictly for informational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on this platform shall be interpreted as offering, suggesting, implying, facilitating, promoting, recommending, referring, mediating, encouraging, or initiating any form of escort services, paid companionship, sexual activity, prostitution, or adult-oriented commercial arrangements.

No content—whether images, profile texts, written descriptions, or personal insights—constitutes, implies, promotes, supports, or facilitates any escort services, escort-related contacts, sexual services, prostitution, or the arrangement, negotiation, recommendation, encouragement, or promotion of any such activities.

Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com) does not offer and/or arrange any form of escorting, paid companionship, adult entertainment, or sexual services. The platform is not involved—directly or indirectly—in the offering, arrangement, support, promotion, mediation, referral, or facilitation of such services or interactions.

Any misuse, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Use may result in immediate and permanent suspension of access, without prior notice and without refund.

Elite Luxury Companions does not employ or manage any of the companions featured. We do not offer, coordinate, or guarantee any meetings.
All decisions and interactions are made privately and voluntarily between consenting adults, entirely outside the control, involvement, or responsibility of the platform Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com), including its owners, founders, management, representatives, and team members.

6. Long-Term Introductions & Deposit Policy

Introduction Deposit and Future Credit

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the referenced discretionary support listed in the lady’s public profile is required to request and confirm an introduction. This deposit serves exclusively as an expression of serious intent and does not constitute payment for any service, arrangement, or contractual agreement of any kind.

Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com) does not charge, request, or receive any commission, agency fee, or percentage in relation to the introduction or to any personal understanding, financial support, or contact that may occur between the client and the lady beyond the initial introduction.

If the client feels after the introduction that compatibility was not as expected, they may request the deposit to be reassigned to a different lady within 7 days. The credited amount will then be transferred under the same conditions. If the discretionary support amount for the new lady is lower, only the required 30% for that profile will apply. Any remaining balance will remain on file as credit for future introductions and is not subject to cash refund or third-party transfer.

If the client voluntarily provides financial support, gifts, or personal assistance directly to a lady after the introduction, these contributions are strictly non-refundable. The client acknowledges that such gestures were made independently and releases both the lady and Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com) from any claims, expectations, or reimbursement demands.

Private Interaction Beyond the Initial Introduction

Should the client and the lady decide to maintain contact or form a private social understanding beyond the initial introduction, any ongoing meetings, communication, or financial considerations are to be handled entirely between the two individuals.
Such interaction is strictly personal, voluntary, and non-binding, and takes place fully outside the scope, knowledge, or responsibility of Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com).

Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com) does not offer, promote, suggest, support, encourage, facilitate, or participate in any form of escort service, sexual interaction, compensated companionship, illegal service, or adult-related commercial activity in any jurisdiction.

The platform does not employ, contract, manage, direct, or supervise any of the individuals listed.

All introductions are strictly limited to non-contractual, social contact between consenting adults. Any subsequent engagement or private interaction is undertaken solely at the discretion of the individuals involved.

Elite Luxury Companions eliteluxurycompanions.com)—including its owners, founders, representatives, and team members—is not involved, directly or indirectly, in any private interaction, communication, financial understanding, expectation, or outcome between the client and the lady following an introduction.

7. Companion Availability Request & Deposit Terms

To initiate a request for the coordinated availability of a companion, a deposit of 30% to 40% of the referenced discretionary contribution is required in advance. The exact amount may vary depending on the individual companion and the agreed location.
This deposit serves to confirm intent, reserve availability for a defined time window, and acknowledge the companion’s scheduled time commitment and exclusivity. It does not represent payment for any specific service, personal favor, or implied interaction.

Upon receipt of the deposit, the request is processed, and coordination is carried out with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Elite Luxury Companions (eliteluxurycompanions.com) is authorized solely to receive and forward discretionary contributions for the purpose of time-based availability coordination. This is conducted under a limited mandate for coordination and administrative support only, and never in exchange for any specific activity or engagement.

Clients may submit their discretionary contribution either in full or partially as a deposit. Accepted methods include international bank transfers, cryptocurrency, credit card payments, or reputable global payment providers such as Wise, Western Union, or MoneyGram. The availability of payment options may vary depending on the client’s location.

All received funds are temporarily managed and processed exclusively for coordination purposes. No funds are accepted, held, or transmitted in return for any specific personal activity or outcome. Once the coordination process is complete—and in accordance with the private cooperation terms between each companion and the platform—a portion of the discretionary contribution is retained to cover operational handling and coordination infrastructure. The remaining amount is forwarded directly to the respective companion.

Clients may cancel a confirmed meeting up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by email, messenger, or phone. In such cases, any deposit already paid will be retained as a credit toward future scheduling and remains valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation. After this period, the credit will expire without refund.

In the event that a client reschedules with the same or another companion at the same total value and comparable duration, the previously paid deposit will be credited in full. If the newly scheduled meeting has a lower total value or shorter duration, 30% of the applicable new value will be credited per meeting. The remaining balance may be incrementally applied over future meetings under the same condition until the original deposit has been fully used.

Refunds are excluded under all circumstances. The deposit secures the companion’s time and availability and is not linked to any outcome or expectation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting result in forfeiture of the deposit, which cannot be applied toward future scheduling, as the reserved time was held exclusively for the client.

If a client fails to appear at the scheduled meeting without prior notice, the full amount due for the reserved time may be claimed by the companion, and any previously paid deposit will be forfeited. The reserved time is held exclusively and is therefore considered honored even in the client’s absence.

In rare and unforeseen circumstances, a companion may be unable to attend due to illness, accidents, transportation issues, or emergencies beyond her control. In such cases, Elite Luxury Companions will make every reasonable effort to suggest an alternative. If the client does not accept the proposed alternative, the deposit will be credited toward a future meeting and will remain valid for 24 months from the original date.

If the client reschedules at the same total value and comparable duration with either the original or a different companion, the deposit will be credited in full. If the new meeting has a lower total value or shorter duration, 30% of the new value will be credited per meeting. The remaining balance will remain valid and may be used across future meetings until fully applied.

No additional financial compensation, damages, or refunds beyond the credited deposit will be granted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cases in which a companion cancels or fails to appear unexpectedly. Clients expressly waive any claims related to travel costs, accommodations, inconvenience, or indirect damages.

Elite Luxury Companions operates solely as an independent coordination platform, facilitating availability scheduling without acting as an agent, intermediary, employer, or legal representative of the companions. The platform does not accept responsibility for the personal conduct, punctuality, or availability of the independent companions presented. The client expressly waives any further claims beyond the credited deposit.

If the client engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior during a meeting—including but not limited to harassment, aggressive conduct, intoxication, boundary violations, or any act that causes discomfort or concern—the companion has the right to end the meeting immediately. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited, and the companion is entitled to retain the full amount already provided in person for the reserved time. The client is not entitled to any refund, credit, or reimbursement for the deposit, travel expenses, or any other related costs, as the interruption was due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Elite Luxury Companions, including its founder, team members, affiliates, and associated service providers, assumes no responsibility or liability—civil, criminal, or financial—for any loss, damage, theft, misconduct, or unlawful behavior arising from the actions of independent companions who are presented on or connected through the platform.

The platform is strictly limited to administrative coordination and does not supervise, control, or direct the personal decisions, behaviors, or interactions of companions. All meetings occur solely at the mutual discretion of consenting adults, and any private arrangements made before, during, or after such meetings fall entirely outside the scope of the platform’s responsibilities.

Clients agree and acknowledge that Elite Luxury Companions cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—including but not limited to financial loss, loss of property, personal injury, emotional distress, or reputational harm—arising from any interaction with a companion. This includes any conduct, agreements, exchanges, or outcomes that may occur independently of the coordinated appointment.

By using this platform, the client expressly waives any and all rights to pursue legal, financial, or reputational claims against Elite Luxury Companions or any of its representatives in connection with the behavior or consequences of private meetings arranged via the platform.

9. Legal Terms and Dispute Resolution

By submitting a request, making a payment, or initiating contact (including via text message (SMS), iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, phone, or email), you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions of Elite Luxury Companions (EliteLuxuryCompanions.com). These Terms are binding and enforceable under applicable international law and apply to all communications, agreements, and arrangements with the Elite Luxury Companions platform, regardless of the method of contact or the client’s location.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by internationally recognized principles of commercial law and shall be interpreted in accordance with globally accepted business practices.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through direct negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively and finally through binding arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration. The seat, language, and number of arbitrators shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties. The parties expressly waive the right to bring any claims before a national court, and agree that ICC arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum for any dispute resolution.

This structured approach ensures fairness, consistency, and discretion, irrespective of the client’s or the platform’s location, while maintaining the enforceability of these Terms & Conditions under applicable laws.

10. Final Provisions:

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. In such cases, the relevant statutory regulations shall apply in place of the invalid provision.

By interacting with the Elite Luxury Companions platform and making use of our exclusive services—whether via our website or through direct communication—you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions as legally binding.
